Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://terrysroofingwesternky.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Terry's Roofing LLC markets and arranges Commercial Roofing, Gutter Installation, Residential Roofing, Roof Replacement, Shingle Installation, Siding Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://terrysroofingwesternky.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Terry's Roofing LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://terrysroofingwesternky.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Terry's Roofing LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Terry's Roofing LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Terry's Roofing LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by KY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in KY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
